TERMS OF USE, PRIVACY POLICY, AND RETURNS POLICY
To ensure a transparent and secure experience, all users of the UDOIS platform must read and accept the detailed terms and conditions below before using our services. These terms cover the returns policy, platform terms of use, and our privacy policy, which are essential for understanding the rights and responsibilities of each party involved.
1. RETURN POLICY
- Once the template editing feature has been activated after purchase, UDOIS will not issue refunds or exchanges. Editing activation is considered the point of no return, indicating full utilization of the purchased product.
- A refund is applicable exclusively when the payment made by the user does not result in the editing of the purchased template being activated. This situation characterizes a failure in service/product delivery and justifies refund intervention.
When applicable, the user has 7 (seven) calendar days from the purchase date to formally submit a refund request. Observing this deadline is essential to ensure eligibility for the refund process.
2. TERMS OF USE
- By registering templates for sale on UDOIS, the USER grants UDOIS full authorization to market, publicize, promote, and enhance the visibility of all registered templates. This authorization enables UDOIS to act as an intermediary and amplify the USER’s product reach.
- The USER bears full responsibility for the templates registered on UDOIS, including authorship, originality, legality of content, and compliance with any copyrights or intellectual property rights. UDOIS acts as a hosting and distribution platform and does not assume direct responsibility for template content.
- UDOIS reserves the right to delete any template registered by the USER at any time and without prior notice. This measure may be taken for various reasons, including but not limited to: violation of the Terms of Use, inappropriate content, plagiarism, or any other reason UDOIS deems pertinent to maintain the integrity and quality of the platform.
- UDOIS may change the sale price of templates as well as the commission percentages retained by UDOIS at any time and without prior notice. Such changes may be motivated by market fluctuations, platform commercial policies, or other strategic decisions. By using UDOIS’s sales services, the USER acknowledges and accepts these conditions.
- Templates purchased on UDOIS grant the USER a restricted license for non-commercial use only. Templates may not be resold, redistributed, or used in products or services that generate direct revenue unless a specific commercial license is acquired, if available.
- The USER understands and agrees that UDOIS may change its Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. The USER is encouraged to review this section periodically to stay up to date with the platform’s conditions of use.
3. PRIVACY POLICY
- Data Sharing for Password Recovery and Information: UDOIS shares the USER’s name and email address with SendGrid (sendgrid.com). This sharing is strictly for the purpose of sending emails related to password recovery and relevant informational communications about the platform, ensuring essential user communication, using high-security encryption.
- Data Sharing for Payment Processing: For secure payment processing, UDOIS shares the USER’s email address with Stripe (stripe.com). It is crucial to note that UDOIS does not collect, store, or have direct access to any payment data (such as credit card numbers) from the USER. The entire payment process is conducted in a secure, encrypted, and certified environment provided directly by Stripe, ensuring maximum protection of financial information, using high-security encryption.
- Secure Storage of User Data: UDOIS stores the USER’s name, email address, and templates in secure, encrypted databases using Google Cloud infrastructure. This robust platform employs advanced encryption and information security technologies to ensure data protection and integrity. The USER can request the total deletion of their data at any time by accessing the "My Profile" link and clicking "Delete Account".
- Data Sharing and Disclosure for Promotion and Sale: UDOIS shares and discloses specific data, such as name, email, and templates, exclusively for USERS who make templates available for sale on the platform. This sharing aims to promote and facilitate the sale of templates, increasing the visibility and reach of the USER’s products. This action is an integral part of the commercialization service offered by UDOIS and is carried out for mutual benefit.
- Encryption and Privacy Protection: UDOIS implements the HTTPS protocol, ensuring all communications between the USER’s browser and the platform’s servers are encrypted, protecting the integrity and confidentiality of transmitted data. Furthermore, for the security of passwords and other sensitive information, UDOIS employs hash encryption, transforming the data into a unique and irreversible alphanumeric sequence. This method prevents the original information from being recovered, even in the event of unauthorized access to the databases, reinforcing protection against privacy violations.
- Data Sharing for Campaigns: UDOIS shares the USER's name, email, and purchase ID with the Google Ads platform, exclusively for measuring the performance of marketing campaigns. This practice aims to optimize the relevance and effectiveness of advertising actions, ensuring that ads are targeted more accurately and performance is evaluated with precision, always using high-security encryption to protect the data.
- Google OAuth Token Security: The OAuth access and refresh tokens, used in connecting Google services (such as Google Ads and Merchant Center), are transmitted and stored with encryption and following a least-privilege policy.
- Authentication via Google (Google Sign-In): To facilitate registration and access to the platform, the USER may choose to authenticate through their Google account ('Google Sign-In'). By using this option, the USER authorizes UDOIS to collect, store, and use the profile information provided by Google, such as name, email address, and profile picture. This data is used strictly for the following purposes: To create and authenticate the USER’s account on the UDOIS platform. To automatically populate the USER’s profile data (like name and email). To link the USER’s Google account to their UDOIS account for future access. The use of this data complies with the Google API Services Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy.
